Terms of service
These terms cover bookings made with robertmedia.ro, the photo and film practice of Robert Prisecaru, working from Romania. Writing to prisecarurobert31@gmail.com or sending the hire note is a request, not a confirmed job.
A booking
A date is held only after it is confirmed in writing and any deposit that was asked for has arrived. Until then the day stays open. The note you send should say the city, the date, and what you want filmed or photographed.
The work
You receive the pictures and the film that were agreed. Raw cards, unused frames, and project files stay with the photographer unless something else was written down. Delivery is by a private link or a transfer, in the time named in the confirmation.
Copyright
Robert Prisecaru keeps the copyright. You receive a licence to use the delivered work for personal use, or for the brand use that was agreed. You may not sell the files, or present them as made by someone else. Credit as robertmedia.ro is welcome, and required when the work is published by a brand.
Payment and cancellation
Prices depend on the day, the place, and how much film is wanted. They are sent in writing before the job. A deposit holds the date. If you cancel more than 30 days before, the deposit is returned minus any cost already spent for you. Inside 30 days the deposit is kept. If the photographer cancels, the deposit is returned in full.
The day itself
You arrange access to the places. Weather, a late schedule, or a venue rule can change what is possible. The photographer works quietly and does not stage people against their will.
If something is wrong
Say so in writing within 14 days of delivery. A fair correction is a new export or a reshoot when the files do not match what was agreed.
